Work placement is an essential component of TU Dublin's higher education programs. It provides students with the opportunity to apply what they have learned, continue to develop new practice-based skills, and gain an awareness of what is expected of them in the profession, in our opinion.
Employers benefit from chances to create research partnerships, recruit graduates, and collaborate with a Higher Education Institute on knowledge transfer and the creation of employable graduates.
Work placement is a three-way collaboration between the company, the higher education institution, and the student. It allows companies to find a valuable source of competent labor for their company or organization and a pipeline for future recruitment needs.
