Students can also do the following during their field placement:
On-Campus Accommodation
If you live on campus, the students will have the opportunity to make friends from many walks of life and participate in residential and campus life. It's your chance to be at the center of what's going on on-campus and in the city of Toronto.
There are dedicated personnel within Housing and Residence Life who are here to facilitate your transition to living independently, in addition to the students you will meet and learn from during the school year. Building access is constantly monitored by the Residence Service Desk employees to ensure that the residential buildings are safe and supportive communities. It is easier to live in a residence as the facilities are close to the classes, public transportation, and other conveniences. Within the department, professionals, peers, and student leaders are dedicated to ensuring that every one of the residents has a successful academic year.

Ryerson University is a top-ranked university that offers great education and facilities. I am very impressed with the campus of Ryerson. The classrooms are big, bright and clean. The library has more than 1 million books which makes it easy to find any book you need without having to search for hours on end like other libraries do. It's a large space full of people who want the same thing as you, learn!

Ryerson University is a great school. I have always wanted to go there and when I finally did, it was amazing! The students are very friendly and the teachers are so helpful. It's such a supportive environment where everyone wants you to succeed in life and help others too. The classes are small which makes them easier for me as an introvert person but they also make sure that each student gets individual attention from their professors. Ryerson has been my home away from home since day one and it's really nice because most of my friends live here too!
