- Marshall University is a private university located in West Virginia. Originally founded in 1837 as Marshall Academy, it is named after the fourth Chief Justice of the United States, John Marshall. Over the years, the university has risen in prominence thanks to its high research output and rural healthcare delivery programs.

Admission standards for majors in the College of Engineering and Computer Sciences are more stringent. The staff is very quick to respond when you need them, but also make time for you outside of office hours.

They provide comfortable accommodations for you to stay in for the duration of your time there and knowledgeable professors that are willing to help you grow and succeed.
