Santa Clara University needs you to have a 3.69 GPA and be above average in your high school class. At the very least, you'll need a mix of A's and B's, with more A's than B's. You can make up for a low GPA by taking more difficult classes, such as AP or IB.
Maintain a 3.68 GPA despite taking the most difficult courses offered. At Santa Clara University, course rigour and GPA are "very significant." SCU's Class of 2025 has an average high school GPA of 3.68, with 5% graduating with a 4.0 and 40% graduating with a GPA between 3.75 and 3.99.

RLCs (Residential Learning Communities) house all first-years and most sophomores in eight of our ten campus residence buildings. Each RLC is based on one or two topics, such as community service or current events. Because the themes are so diverse, it's simple to choose one that interests you.

RLCs form close-knit communities where you'll live together, take classes together, and share your daily struggles and victories.

You'll never be more than a short walk from the library or an 8 a.m. coffee before class because all of our residence halls are close to classes and the student centre.

I am a current Santa Clara student, and I absolutely love it here. It is an amazing place with a lot of opportunity, but also with its own sense of community. It is an inclusive place, and that's one of the best things about it. The campus is beautiful, and their housing options are great too!

Agilan

I went to Santa Clara University for my undergraduate degree and had a great time there. I loved the campus and the people were so friendly! The school offers on-campus housing which is often undervalued as well as off-campus housing for students studying abroad. Their faculty is also really helpful and I was able to get a placement after graduation.
