The following are the eligibility criteria and language requirements for applying to various San Diego programmes for overseas students:


Undergraduate Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission, you must have a minimum of a C grade or a 3.0 grade point average.
Applicants need also qualify for a specified number of courses before their final year, depending on their departments.
Students' traits and skills are evaluated in addition to their academic achievements through letters of recommendation and essays they submit.
Requirements for the subject:

Admissions criteria differ depending on the needs of each discipline. Undergraduate students must meet the following subject-specific requirements:

Indian Students' Country-Specific Requirements

A Class 12 Board exam or a plus two qualification is required. Admission requires official transcripts from the respective university. A minimum of 3.4 grade points is required. The documentation required for admission must be written in English. They must be translated into English if not. Additionally, students must demonstrate their English competence.

Indian undergraduates: Depending on the course, the general requirements may be greater. ACT and SAT scores will not be considered until the fall of 2024.
Indian Graduates/Postgraduates: Students must pass the GRE or GMAT, depending on the department's requirements. Applicants' experiences and personal characteristics are also taken into account by the university.

International students from non-English-speaking countries, such as India, must demonstrate their language competency using one of the standardised English exam scores listed below:

It is truly a great school and the administration is top-notch. The classes are small, but the faculty is excellent. As for accommodation, it would be better if there were more dormitories and/or houses available on campus as I sometimes find myself spending up to a week's worth of money each month on a place to stay while I'm at college or in Germany
