There are 3 University of Washington campuses spread out across the state; Seattle (703-acre main campus), Bothell and Tacoma, with different course combinations. To ensure that more students across the globe can benefit from the university's world-class education, UW Online is an initiative that offers several degree and certificate programs and individual online courses. The university offers numerous housing accommodations for students enrolled in different programs; residence halls (undergraduates), apartments (graduates and professionals) and over 50 fraternity and sorority houses. Students also have access to dining services, healthcare services (mental and physical) and numerous recreational activities. There are over ten men's and women's intercollegiate sports teams.

On-Campus Accommodation

The UW offers a selection of housing alternatives. Everyone has lodging, including traditional residence halls, the most cutting-edge amenities, apartment-style living, and housing for fraternities and sororities. 

Undergraduates

The UW residence halls provide the utmost in convenience, a friendly atmosphere in which to live and learn, and a plethora of activities for undergraduates to make friends and connect with the community. They are staffed by an award-winning Residential Life team.

Graduate & professionals

Graduate and professional students, couples, singles, and families can all benefit greatly from the apartments. They are convenient, supportive, offer lots of chances for community involvement and are created with busy students in mind.

Fraternities & sororities

Fraternities and sororities have been sheltering UW students for more than a century. Facilities provide a wide range of facilities, community, and academic support while housing 15 to 116 members. Each year, one of our 50 residences welcomes more than 1,000 newcomers.

• Apartments

UW apartments are a fantastic option for students who want greater independence or who need year-round housing in the U-District. The flats give you the chance to integrate into the Husky community while reducing outside distractions so you can concentrate on your academics.
The students' various budgets and lifestyles can be accommodated by the variety of price points and room kinds. The university is dedicated to keeping housing expenses as cheap as possible while yet giving students the contemporary living conditions they need.

• In contrast to many off-campus apartments, our rates are determined by what it costs to operate our buildings due to the nonprofit nature of our organisation

• Family Housing

For enrolled full-time students at the University of Washington's Seattle campus who desire to live on campus with their families, there is a programme called Family Housing. A married couple, whether or not they have children, constitutes a family. In jurisdictions where same-sex marriage is prohibited, same-sex domestic partnerships are accepted. There are several benefits to living in UW Family Housing. living close to classes, campus amenities, and the opportunity to take part in a range of extracurricular activities is convenient. You'll interact with folks from various origins and cultures and make friends for life.
